5. Quality Control

  • Multiple inspection checkpoints: initial, mid-production, final.

  • Criteria: stitching accuracy, finishing quality, fit, and overall garment appearance.

  • Products undergo wear-and-tear tests and fit analysis before shipment.

  • Continuous improvement processes with client feedback integration.

  • Precision cutting using manual and automated equipment.

  • Focus on minimizing waste and ensuring perfect pattern alignment.

4. Assembly

  • Efficient assembly lines optimised for both speed and quality.

  • Processes include zipper installation, button attachment, embellishments, tapes, ribbons, labels, and accessories.

6. Final Assembly & Delivery
